What currency are the prices I see on the site?

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 1-2 days of processing time before your order is ready to ship out. In most instances your order will ship out within 24 hours of being placed. During sales and holidays please allow an extra 2-3 business days. Once your item is shipped you will receive a tracking number.
Once your package has shipped, tracking numbers can take 24-48 hours to update depending on the shipping carrier and their policy. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business days please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?

Can I cancel my order?
We try to fulfill orders quickly. You must cancel your order before it ships out or before you get a text that your order is out for delivery. If you need to cancel your order please email us within 1 hour of your order being submitted.
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have misspelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, kindly notify us via email at email@example.com immediately. If the address is wrong we can change it to the correct one within 4 hours. No refund will be given after 4 hours if you entered the incorrect address.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on the shipping carrier. Please note that during holidays, all shipping carriers experience delays. Once your item ships, please note that we are NOT responsible for shipping delays caused by the shipping carrier.
