2. I just placed an order—when will it ship?
We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible! Please allow 1–2 business days for processing. In most cases, your order will ship within 24 hours.
During sales, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing may take an additional 2–3 business days.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Please note: tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to reflect movement based on the shipping carrier’s policies.

3. I’m not in love with my order—can I return it? What if there’s an issue?

4. Can I cancel my order?
We work hard to fulfill orders quickly! If you need to cancel your order, you must do so within 1 hour of placing it and before it ships or goes out for delivery.

5. I entered the wrong shipping address—what should I do?
Please contact us immediately at elegantboutique503@gmail.com.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update your address within 4 hours of placing your order.
Unfortunately, if more than 4 hours have passed, we are unable to make changes or issue refunds for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.

6. How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on the carrier and your location.
During holidays or peak seasons, shipping carriers may experience delays. Once your order has been shipped, Elegant Boutique is not responsible for any shipping delays caused by the carrier.
