What currency are the prices I see in the site?
All prices are in USD.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 1-2 days of processing time before your order is ready to ship out. In most instances your order will ship out within 24 hours of your order being placed. During sales and holidays please allow an extra 2-3 business days. Once your item is shipped you will receive a tracking number. 

Once your package has shipped, tracking numbers can take 24-48 hours to update depending on the shipping carrier and their policy. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business days please email us at elegantboutique503@gmail.com.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
Due to COVID everything is final sale. Please see our return policy for further information. 

Can I cancel my order?
We try to fulfill orders quickly. You must cancel your order before it ships out. If you need to cancel your order please email us within 2 hours of your order being submitted. If it has been more then 2 hours since you placed your order, please use our easy return system to get a full refund.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have misspelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at elegantboutique503@gmail.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on the shipping carrier. Please note that due to COVID all shipping carries are experiencing delays. Once your item ships, please note that we are NOT responsible for shipping delays caused by the shipping carrier.
