REFUND POLICY

DUE TO COVID ALL SALES ARE FINAL! We apologize for any inconvenience. 

Once COVID restrictions are lifted the following return policy will be in affect: 

Returns

All returns require a receipt or proof of purchase no exceptions. Wigs, hair pieces, hair extension, bundles, jewelry and sale items are NOT eligible for return. 

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at elegantboutique503@gmail.com. We will notify you via email if your return is accepted or not. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 24 hours from the time you receive your item to contact us. You will need to send proof of the defective, damaged or wrong item. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Elegant Boutique is NOT responsible for damages from handling caused by shipping of UPS/USPS/DHL/FedEx or any other shipping carrier.
