REFUND POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL except in the event of an error or mistake on our end. If you find that we have made a mistake, we do NOT offer returns, only exchanges at this time.

The following exchange policy is in affect IF WE made a mistake with your order: 

Exchanges

All exchanges require a receipt or proof of purchase no exceptions. Wigs, hair pieces, hair extension, bundles, jewelry and sale items are NOT eligible for an exchange. 

We have a 5-day exchange policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to contact us regarding the error.

To be eligible for the exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and/or its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start your exchange, you can contact us at elegantboutique503@gmail.com. We will notify you via email if your exchange is accepted or not. If your exchange is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label (or make arrangements for pick up/drop off), as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 24 hours from the time you receive your item to contact us. You will need to send proof of the defective or damaged. 

Elegant Boutique is NOT responsible for damages from handling caused by shipping of UPS/USPS/DHL/FedEx or any other shipping carrier.
