📦 Return & Exchange Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL
We do not offer refunds or accept returns unless there is an error or mistake on our end. In such cases, we offer exchanges only, not refunds.

 

🔄 Exchanges (If We Made a Mistake)

If you received the wrong item or an item was missing due to our error, we’ll gladly offer an exchange under the following conditions:

  • Exchanges must be requested within 5 days of receiving your order.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required — no exceptions.

  • Items must be in new, unused condition, with tags attached and in original packaging.

The following items are NOT eligible for exchange under any circumstances:

  • Wigs

  • Hair pieces

  • Hair extensions/bundles

  • Jewelry

  • Sale or discounted items

To request an exchange, please email us at elegantboutique503@gmail.com.
If your exchange is approved, we will send you a return shipping label (or coordinate local pickup/drop-off) along with next steps.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

 

🛑 Damage Claims

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proof (photos or video).
Send all claims to elegantboutique503@gmail.com.

  • We will review the claim and determine the best solution.

  • At our discretion, we may offer a replacement item or a discount code for a future purchase.

  • Refunds are not offered under any circumstances.
