🚗 Local Delivery Policy
For same-day delivery, orders must be placed at least one hour before the designated delivery cut-off time. Orders placed after this window will be fulfilled the following day during normal delivery hours.
Example: If you place an order at 7:30 PM on Thursday (after the cut-off), your order will be delivered on Friday.
If you need an order delivered urgently and it’s past the cut-off time, expedited delivery may be available for an additional fee (on top of the regular delivery fee). We’ll do our best to fulfill and deliver your order within 2 hours of purchase, depending on availability.
Please note:
Delivery windows may vary based on traffic, weather, and other unforeseen circumstances. Once your order is out for delivery, we’ll notify you via text or email. You’ll also receive confirmation once your order has been delivered.
Elegant Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed.
📦 Shipping & Processing Policy
We work hard to get your orders out quickly! Please allow 1–2 business days for processing before your order is shipped. In most cases, your order will ship within 24 hours of being placed.
During sales, holidays, or peak seasons, please allow an additional 2–3 business days for processing.
Once your package ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Please be aware: We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, incorrect addresses entered at checkout, or lost/stolen packages once the order is marked as delivered.

Due to recent changes in international shipping regulations, Elegant Boutique Beauty Supply is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or tariffs that may be applied to your order upon delivery.
These fees are determined by your country’s customs office and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We strongly encourage you to check with your local customs authority to understand potential fees before placing an international order.
